Custom Firmware?

Go to solution Solved by Vacsol,

I currently have a rooted Samsung Galaxy Note 2. I have been told about custom firmware but i'm not too confident. Any advice and or preferences?

you mean custom ROMs?

Before you flash any ROMs, be sure to understand any risks involved, such as the possibility of bricking your phone and ending up with a Samsung Galaxy Paperweight.

I would recommend cyanogenmod. It's a well known custom firmware that is very well documented and typically not too difficult to install.

alternatively you could use their new 'installer' if you are really uncomfortable about doing it yourself.
