My 3d animation/Gaming rig

This is my first build and these are the parts that i have come up with http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZTIF

My budget is 9200$. Iam open to any suggestions from you guys 

Iam thinking whether i should water cool it or not and if i need to water cool can anybody suggest good parts

Now iam thinking of buying a asus 1440p monitor and later upgrading it to 3 1440p monitors

iam going to use asus xonar STX and can you guys suggest some good headset to go with it

Get the gtx 780 instead. It's cheaper and when both cards are overclocked, are basically the same as the titan. 

A good 750w should be all you need. 800w if you want extra headroom (Not like 750 doesn't already)

Are you sure you want the 900D? The thing is freaking huge. 

 

What's your reasoning behind such an expensive motherboard?

My bro said to buy the rampage 4 extreme and overclock like hell and 900d 1.it freaking awesome case 2.i may some times watercool it

What kind of clocks are you shooting for? Is it worth the high price tag?

anything above 4.3ghz and price is no problem for me the budget i gave is simply use it as a marker

as a animator and a gamer my self, this build will do very well. also to people saying get the 780 instead of the titan, the Titan is the middle ground between workstations and gaming graphics it is the better option for both animation rendering and gaming cause of how its made
