CPU & GPU Monitoring program?

I have my new build and love it. But.... I need a program (has to be a safe one) that i can use to monitor the heat of both my cpu and gpu (I really would hate to mess up my computer =p). I have been looking through Linus' videos and i cant seem to find the one where he lists off the safe ones that people can use (but i know i saw one..). Can anyone either link me the video or tell me some program that is safe and trusted and gives correct results?

HWinfo is good.

If you're looking for something to display the info ingame you'll need something like Rivatuner statistics server which can be used with Hwinfo to show any info you want to see.

It shows pretty much any information you could want.

clock speeds, temperatures, voltages, estimated power consumption, drive activity, ram and Vram usage, fan speeds, etc.

Speccy and MSI Afterburner are also good...but I prefer Speccy:)
