My computer fails to shut down its stuck on debug code 05 (OEM initialisation before microcode loading).It loads into Windows fine,the windows itself shuts down but the computer keeps running and hows debug code 05.I need help please.

Computer Specs 

Intel Core i5 3570K

Asrock Fatality Performance

Kingston 8gb

Gigabyte Radeon 7950

Corsair GS 700
