BF4 not using my second GPU? Halp me!

Okay, my specs are in my signature so i am just going to run down the problem.
I just bought battlefield 4 the other day, booted it up and was happy. Running it on max settings except for msaa because it doesnt do much.
Then i looked over at MSI Afterburner, and it turns out that it isnt using both of my graphics cards. The first card is being used like normal, and its going up and down in time with explosions ect but the second card is staying at zero % usage, save for a few times (not the times where it was intense, it seemed random) it would go to around 14%.
I have rebooted, verified the game files, i have the latest drivers, no other programs that use or limit my resources are running, and i have tried many different settings. I am using mantle settings in BF4, if that makes a difference.

So, is this a battlefield issue, a driver/CCC issue, or a card issue? 
I should mention it uses both as much as it wants in other games, including Battlefield 3 so i dont think it is anything other than a battlefield issue but who knows. Google pulls no results on the first few pages.

I believe that you have to set game profiles for software to take advantage of two graphics processors. I don't know where, tho.

it looks like this is an issue with many.

The only thing is, now i cannot switch from mantle to DX11.

The option disappeared... It is an issue with the patch EA shoved out because people were apparently having the issue i am having now, and it caused mine.

So, i have verified the game files (again) played with settings, (CCC Fails to open on windows 8 for some reason, time to fix that) I have set the game to use the x86 launcher instead of the x64 and visa verse to no avail. and i am going to attempt a re install of both the game and CCC.

do you have crossfire enabled and try and reinstall CCC also you cant change from mantle to DX11 in 32bit mode of the game

I have already entirely removed CCC and all AMD drivers, and re installed them all.

I also just switched the PCIe slot my second card was in, i will test further.

what about Unigine?

 

does it show the GPU working with the second card?

 

it seem like BF3 and 4 are having troubles with CrossFire after the latest patch

 

some reported missing mantle option disappear and other funny glitch

 

oh btw if your BF4 has Mantle activated, disable it

i'm installing valley right now, and as for switching from mantle to DX11, the option to switch is not there anymore.

the graphs when the dual gpus are running Unigine looks fine to me

 

ULPS disabled and see if there is any difference

 

if the graphs is similar

 

that we can say its BF4

are they at the same core clocks and mem clocks try and set them both the same other that that i dont no does the card thats not running work on its own 

also do you have the GPUs in the right slot

it seems to be just bf4/bf3's latest patch.

The card itself works, on other things like unigine and i will test if it works on its own later on in the day.

I am going to be re installing not only BF3/4 but origin itself next.
