Which Motherboard?

So I've been looking around the internet for motherboard and GPU to get.

I've been wandering on the mobo land which one will give me the best for the buck

I'm looking for a mobo that will be very stable for over clocking (AI over clocking?)

I want it to last very long (lifetime maybe) for 5th Gen upgradeability (yes Z97)

It should be very stable from UEFI to some software extras that comes with it.

And it must be ATX motherboard and the pricing shouldn't exceed $160.00

Any suggestion guys?

I'm looking to pair the brand of mobo and GPU. So say ASUS motherboard, I want the GPU to be Asus branded too. Thanks guys

Look at the ASUS Maximus VII Ranger. Also, you may want to pick a better PSU.

EDIT: Noticed you are on a budget, I guess one of the MSI boards would do.

Thanks. But I'm hearing a lot of negatives about MSI mobs. How unstable the over clocking capabilities were and a lot more negative stuffs.
