Uninstallation Fail - Help

prolemur

I uninstalled a program that I just chose to put on my desktop and when I went to uninstall it it deleted everything in the directory and itself. So now I don't have any of my files that I had on my desktop and the desktop is gone from my file explorer. Is there a way I can undo this?

Go to C -> Users -> Home

Create a Desktop folder (if there isn't any)

See if that works.

Try System restore.

If that doesn't work,make a new user on another Windows machine and copy the Desktop folder onto an USB drive and back onto your machine.
