Define R4 is a solid choice for a mid-tower.

You could also try the H440 if you want something a bit different. (USB/power buttons are on the top, which works well if it's under your desk)

Honestly can't see anything needing to upgrade unless something is hindering what you are doing..save the money

they don't have enough 5.25 inch bays. i need one for my cd drive and 2 for my fan controller

According to their website you can fit a 240/280mm rad in the top, but I am not sure about thickness. You might want to ask someone over at the watercooling or the case/powersupplies section.
