should I get AMD ramdisk

I have a corsair force lx and with my graphics card I get $10 off. I plan to have 16gb ram so I would have some to spare, I'm not sure if it has any negative effects like memory quality loss and will it actually improve my performance. Also what do you think the best games are on the gold never settle bundle.
