Hi, I my motherboard comes with a built in network adapter and I have been using that until I tried to stream videos on twitch. I checked pingtest and it had 10%+ packet less everytime. So, I tried my usb wifi adapter (linksys WUSB600N) and it turned out to be fine but it keeps spiking while gaming. I downloaded the latest drivers for both adapters but I cant seem to solve my issue. My question is should I buy a better antenna? or just get a PCI wifi card?

Onboard sucks. Get the PCI. It works hella better.

Is there one you can recommend ?
