cpu overheating

i have an amd fx-8150 (stock clock) on an asrock 970 extreme4 cooled with a cooler-master siedon 120v and according to cpuid hardware monitor, core temp, and real temp my temps are fine they never cross 60C under 100% load sustained, however my uefi, occt and a few other programs say that my temps are much higher than the other programs. What could be causing this how can i fix it, and what program do i trust? thanks in advance.
