Get a cheaper cooler and a better CPU. Switch the GPU to something like an R9 280(X). Other than that it looks pretty good.

Trust me getting a high end cooler isn't really going to get any more performance out of that pentium because it already runs pretty cool so I would just get something like a Hyper 212 Evo instead. You should get something like an r9 280x because it will perform better than a 760

In all honesty, the Pentium G3258 isn't all that impressive. The OC'ing is nice, but you can get very similar overall performance out of a i3 at stock, and significantly better performance out of an i5 at stock.. 

 

Reducing the aftermarket cooling and getting a more affordable motherboard should easily allow you to afford an i5, like TheSLSAMG's suggestion.

i7 not perfectly stable at 4.4.. #firstworldproblems
