ASUS DRAM LED NOT WORKING

Hey guys! This is my first post here. Please be gentle.

So I just finished up my first ever build. I switched it on and I get this q-error: 76.

I also get no video output at all! The DRAM LED never lit up since I first booted.

Now I took out the motherboard out of the case and bench tested it, and stil the same thing.

What I heard is that there is something wrong with the motherboard. Can you please verify?

What ram is that? Looks like HyperX Beast? Have you tried updating the bios?
