Build for a friend

My friend want`s to buy a new pc, his budget Is $1.2k at max (3000LTL in our country) I could build it for him, but I wasnt up to date with today`s parts, i build my pc little bit earlier so I`m rusty on that . Can you guys help?

P.S Parts should be stable, and as future proof as possible, I hate that word combo He won`t probably be into overclocking, so if you want to help, keep it in mind
