Hello everybody,

this is my first post in this forum.

I own a watercooling system with 2x 360 Radiators, Aqua computer pump, Aqua computer waterblocks for CPU,GPU, Mainboard, Ram (because of the look) etc.

I would like to ask what I have to do when switching to another coolant brand.

Now I am using Double Protect Ultra from Aqua Computer. But because I want to add clear coolant, that glows blue under UV light I am forced to change the brand of the coolant.

After a bit of searching, my favorite is the coolant from XSPC: EC6 UV clear.

So, is there a necessary step between draining the system and filling in the new coolant.

I mean, there will be some remains of the old coolant, that will mix up with the new one. Will there be problems with corrosion or other things I have to worry about?

Is there a simple way to clean the system if it is necessary?

Thanks for answering my questions :)
