Using VPNs for Steam?

Hey guys! First of all I'd like to apologize if this is the wrong section :)

 

So, There are many games on steam which are region locked for some reason. I just have some games from my wishlist which are region locked too. I just wanna try 'em games out! :(

But I can't.

 

So I wanna ask if a VPN can help me hide my location from steam to download games..

 

Is that possible?
