Off Topic: Multiple Network Connections

This is a complete off topic question but is it possible to have multiple connections on one PC? I have 2 3G dongles that can connect to my laptop via USB, under "Networks" they both show up as "Mobile Broadband" and what I wanted to do is have one of them syncing my stuff on my notebook and use the other one in combination with Virtual Router Plus to send out wifi and browse on my phone. Is this possible and if so then how? Any help is appreciated!
