First off... I am not really sure what type of Key I want... all I know for sure is that I want Mechanical switches...

I am debating between the following

1.) Ducky Shine 3

2.)K70

or the

3.)K95

Intel i5-3570K @ 4.1GHz  • XSPC Raystorm • FrozenQ 250mm Liquid Fusion • 8GB DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) • Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H

Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming 4GB • Seagate Barracuda 1TB + Intel 730 Series 240GB • ASTRO A40 Audio Solution • D-Link N-150

You're not going to be disappointed with any of those keyboards.

For gaming keys, a Cherry MX Black or Red would be the best, but Brown is the best middle-ground between typing and gaming key switches.

INTEL CORE I5 4670K | NVIDIA GTX 980 | NOCTUA NH-L9i | GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-SLI | KINGSTON 120GB V300

CM STORM QUICKFIRE TK | BENQ XL2420TE | ROCCAT SAVU | FRACTAL DEFINE R4

All three are fine keyboards.

If you don't need the macro keys, don't worry about the K95. Pretty easy way to eliminate as an option if you're okay with the keys the other keyboards offer.

Personally, after personally using many types of mechanical switches, the tactile bump on brown keyboards is so lite, you may as well get red switches if you plan on using the keyboard mainly for gaming.

I own the Ducky Shine 3 myself, and it's a great keyboard, so I'd recommend it. If you plan on getting the Corsair, wait. Penny Arcade Expo Prime (PAX Prime) is happening in a month, and the coupon codes that get shared out could save you anywhere from 15-30% off the cost of a board.

I have a Razer Naga Epic, so keyboard Macros aren't really worth it I guess.....

I was originally going to get a Ducky Shine 3 with Brown Switches... But I am now thinking either Red Or blue on whichever one I get

Personally, I don't really see the point of reds, for most people the point of mechanical keys are for them to be tactile, and reds are not tactile at all. I have blues and love them, my friend has reds and it felt almost worse than a membrane keyboard to me, because you can't really tell where the key is being activated. It is all personal opinion though, I'm sure a lot of people love them, there is quite a bit difference between blues and reds though.

I tried my friend's BlackWidow and I liked the blues, but they are a tad on the loud side

Yeah they are a bit loud, I personally find that if you bottom out the keys any MX switch will be loud (I do bottom out keys when I type, you may not). Blues will still have more noise overall though because they also have the click once they switch is activated. After a day or two I stopped noticing the loudness anyway, it may not be the best if you have a room mate in a dorm or someone else it may bother though. If you are in a separate room you should be more than fine.

Or if there is a local store near you that carries different keyboards that might be a better option to try them there.

Bestbuy has a BlackWidow and a Logitech with browns, but that is it

And that blackwidow is using kailh switches, so not a completely accurate representation of what blues really feel like.

I thought the Blackwidow used Cherry MX Blues?

The new models use "Razer Green" switches. If you have one of the 2013 versions or earlier, they are blues, but starting late (mid?) last year they switched over to kailh (Chinese made/not Cherry) Cherry Blue clones.
