ASUS Sabertooth x79 mark 1 help

I keep receiving a message  when trying to install Video drivers from nividia web and from CD I get 7-zip error butt loads of install errors from other proggies. the question is could it be the sata plugs on board cause I have ruled out video card, SSD, Operating system and the software package from NVidia site. All that is left is CPU, RAM, Mainboard. I kinda think it be the main board. I have not check to plug into differ sata port on other chipset, it is a work in progress. Can anyone help before I have to RMA MainBoard???

what do I got to do install windows while it outside case? too see if there no problems lol

usb3 driver  and chipset drivers unable to install error in the decompressing data missing same wit video drivers. Both adobe reader and flash player unable to install for the same reason.

have found the problem a while ago. found it was the sata controller in the processor the was messed up some how. RMA processor installing it now to see if problem persists,
