boeffla kernel galaxy s3 problems

I have the i9300 andi have the latest monthly for cm11 installed but whenever i install the kernel an error appears on my screen saying "app has stopped working" and keeps reappearing until I restore my backup. What am I doing wrong did I download the wrong version can someone give me some tips or a quick guide?
