Pc Stores that ship Internationally !?

Im looking for a website that has good prices on pc's and or laptops. Im looking for a computer (laptop or desktop) that can run games like Battlefield 3 at medium settings at maybe 35-40fps. Preferably under $700. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks :D

NCIX or Amazon? i think they are the best bet

ive tried amazon, but all products i like say ship they only ship in the us. But i will check out ncix ( went full retard ) . Thanks for the help :D

All of these unfortunately have some sort of issue when i want to buy something in my country (UAE). I have to buy my stuff through a retailer who is supposed to buy these things and ship them here. I dont know whats the issue but it is really irritating when you think somethings could be shipped, but when you check out some error pops up
