290 Black Screen and Event Timer

My R9 290 has been black-screening even more frequently than it has in the past. I was wondering if there are any event timers or something of the sort to record info about the gpu so I can figure out what's going on right before it crashes. Not sure if it's the card or it's the drivers. Any thoughts? I'd hate to have to RMA it but I might have to.
