http://pcpartpicker.com/p/99qXJx    I have left out a display because I don't know a whole lot about them, all I know is that IPS is king.   Also a 900D would look empty with this hardwareand  the AX1500i is WAAAAAY overkill.

Unless you're doing a large custom loop and doing tri SLI or trifire, I would not recommend the 900D or the AX1500i. Everything but HPTX looks tiny inside a 900D without extensive custom loop cooling. The 900D is exceptionally expensive and takes up a ton of space and weighs accordingly. The PSU is also quite expensive and unnecessary for anything of your purpose. Anything but 4k surround would never require any of these nor is it the most elegant solution.

You gotta do you girl. I always say you gotta do you. And if he's doing him, then who's doing you? Because right now, it seems like no one's doing you.

No idea if the budget is Euro or USD, so I basically didn't pay a whole lot of attention to it.

With a high-end build like this the i7-4790K with 2x8GB of memory makes the most sense. If the plan is to go with 3 gpu then the psu is not excessive. Otherwise you might want to consider the AX-1200i or even the AX-860i / AX-860.

You may want to consider using 1TB EVO drive instead of the 480GB 730.

Unless you are going for a custom loop then the 900D is not ideal. A H100i in this case is pretty wasteful. I would take a look at the Phanteks Enthoo Pro as it supports watercooling, but is also setup for air/aio cooling without breaking the bank.

GTX 780 should be easily available. There are many manufacturers Asus, EVGA, Gigabyte, and MSI to name a few.

If you intend to add another gpu within a year or so then get a psu that can handle both gpu now. There is no point in replacing the psu when you add another gpu.

CPU cooler depends on the case you select. With the 900D you can use pretty much any cooler available. H100i is ok. You may also want to look at the Kraken X61 or the Swiftech H220/H320.

You may want to consider different cases. The Phanteks Enthoo Pro, Nzxt H440, and a number of Fractal Design models may be of interest.
