Changed USB drivers, can't use my mouse to change back. HELP!

I built my PC around a month ago, and since i built it, my elgato game capture hasn't worked. I contacted elgato support and they gave me a ton of instructions to fix it. One of them was to change my USB drivers to "standard enhanced PCI to usb host controllers". When i did this i was asked to restart my computer and when i did, i couldn't use my mouse or keyboard. I figured you computer experts might have an idea on how i can change back my driver settings without using one of my now useless usb ports.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
