Problems within games.

I have just built my first gaming PC and I am having problems inside games. The specs are 

CPU: i7 4790k

Motherboard: Asus z97-WS

RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 2133MHz

GPU: Asus Directcu ii GTX 780 Ti 3GB VRAM

2nd GPU is the same

PSU: Corsair Ax860

SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 500GB

Monitor: LG 34um95-p

Cooling: Corsair H100i

The problem I am having is when playing games there is a lot of flickering or that some of old frames stay on the screen. In Watch Dogs it is just the first and in Far Cry 3 it is both significantly. Please help.

CPU temps are seeming to be fine as well.

Seems like its screen tearing. Try enabling vsync.

I still have a small amount of flickering in the background. Most of it is gone thanks to vSync.

Im not sure what could be causing that, maybe an issue with your monitor. I doubt it has anything to do with your pc specs though.

It could be a bad connection with one of your GPUs or one of you GPUs is bad.

Thank you for your help. Having looked elsewhere it seems like far cry 3 has some problems and I seem I am not the only one. Due to Vsync and the people that suggested it is working a lot better. Thank you.
