PC Randomly wakes from sleep

Windows 8 introduces Maintenance periods which it looks lik you've enabled it to wake up your PC from sleep. IN Action Center, there should be a setting for scheduled / Automatic Maintenance. Once you go there, it'll have a checkbox to enable/disable waking up from sleep.

My computer randomly wakes from sleep and I have no idea what is causing, it, I have a snapshot of a cmd (powercfg/lastwake) report below. Wake on LAN is turned off.
