your CPU should already be 3GHz and turbo to 3.3GHz. so there is an issue?

it is possible to overclock intel locked multiplier processors (non-k) by using the

BLCK method. usually to 108 or so, but after that the PCIe lanes are a speed mess,

RAM should be adjusted, and you get gains. maybe not enough to justify.

currently the best OC on the i5-2320 is a 3.85054GHz

how to turbo it ? or i need to use turbo mode from ASUS BIOS

are i gonna kill my warranty by using BLCK Method

are the risk is my CPU Dead ?

Only processors that end with K are multiplier unlocked (anniversary edition Pentium is also unlocked). With that said you will not be able to modify the multiplier... but you can play with the FSB a bit. I believe that the most people feel that you shouldn't change the FSB by more than 5 to 10 MHz. So overclocking will be extremely limited.

but why can i overlock my 2nd pc processor pentium e5300 from 2.6 Ghz to 3.4 Ghz ?

did i just make my Processor Life more shortly by overlocking non K Processor ?

i oc my pentium using my old mob ASUS P5KPL-AM SE
