 I just wanna prove a freind that is wrong and I need some proof (you guys), so he has a

i5 2500k,

GTX 680,

asus z77 sabertooth

and corsair vengeance 1600mhz ram.

 

He think that is CPU is the bottleneck in his PC, I don't. so who is right?

Is his CPU bottlenecking his PC or is he wrong?

That CPU is still very powerful. You won't benefit much gaming wise by upgrading the CPU alone.

Unless your cpu is shit like mine was. going to that new pentium gave me 50+ fps gain in every game i play since i dont hit 100% cpu useage now
