Help me build a Budget Gaming PC.

 

Games that will be played on the said PC:

 

GTA 5

Watch Dogs

And all upcoming games.

Monitor resolution is not yet sure let's just assume this range

1440x900 to 1920x1080p

Willing to put it in mid to high settings just so games can be playable.
