I am currently in the process of upgrading the Power Supply on my main system, and I am looking for one that can handle any 2-way SLI or Crossfire Configuration. One that has caught my eye is the Evga 850 B2 because of its massive wattage and very reasonable price for that amount of power.

Is this power supply any good, or should I spend the extra ~$40 for the 850 G2 and get 80 Plus Gold Certification instead of 80 Plus Bronze?

Thanks for your help, and if you have any other ideas, I am happy to listen.

New unit, possibly not even 80Plus Bronze certified yet, but it's a custom Superflower design from EVGA so I'd trust it. No reviews on it yet however.

As I said in the other thread, 750W is enough for 2 280's and overclocking. If you can afford the EVGA G2 750W/850W then go for it. The Cooler Master V750S is also excellent. The EVGA B2 750W/850W will probably be good, and may be a little cheaper.
