FINAL FINAL Windows 8 installation question

Sorry for bothering everyone with this, But with your help I have narrowed the problem down.

 

If I boot onto the Windows 8.1 installation disk, And select UPDATE will I have the option to select which drive/parition to update?

Do you already have windows 8 installed and just want to partition? Google how to partition windows 8, it comes up with a Link from Microsoft, I forgot how

 

No I have an OSX and Windows 7 Ultimate partition
