Mouse all choppy

I have Windows 8.1 and my Mouse is being really choppy. When I played my games it was just darting everywhere but when I move around on the browser it lags. It's probably one of the only problems I have left in the computer and then I would be done and would have a successful computer.

what mouse you are using?

 

have you tried it with a different USB port?

 

certain mobo have a special USB port for keyboard and mouse

 

use them

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Try checking drivers. Or reinstall them.
