What' should I get

Currently I have ASUS-HD7870-DC2-2GD5-V2-Radeon-HD-7870-GHz-Edition-2GB-256-bit-GDDR5-

I was planing on upgrading my GPU should I buy another asus 7870 and cross fire the finding them for about 100 or should I just get like 280x or 290??

7970's are now becoming dirt cheap. You could run a pair but that's up to you.

R9 290 pretty good, I have one in my brother's system (slight over-kill but meh)
