The only thing i have in spare is a gpu and don't tell me get it from a friend all of my friends are console gamers.

Well, then I guess you're running out of options quickly. Have you tried each stick of RAM on its own?

I realy don't think so,if it was the psu i won't be getting power into the mobo,fans and gpu

It's not because there's power, the power is within the correct operating range. Have you checked voltages with a multimeter?
