W8: Can't go past start of programs

Hi, starting today after I installed my UPS I couldn't go past the homepage of google or anything. I would open google and go to say YouTube and when id move my mouse, It would go back to the home page. And this happens in other programs like file explorer and when I ctrl alt del it closes itself. Help!
