Chrome causing freezes?

My PC has just been reformatted last night and I upgraded from 7 to 8.1 and I'm still having random freezes. it seems to only happen while I'm browsing the web or watchign a youtube video and it seems to only happen when Chrome is open. Anyone else having this issue i'm trying to find out whats going on and i think its chrome but i dont know for sure because it doesent just crash and bluescreen it just freezes and it stutters before ti freezes too.

Currently testing firefox and so far so good but i hate firefox nothign works.

i'm also having this issue i was on fb/youtube & it freezes randomly with chrome open.

Not sure if our issues are related, but my Chrome is having A LOT of issues with LTT (only chrome, FireFox, IE, Opera, and Steam's Browser all work perfectly fine (Steam's browser is actually the fastest one I've used...))

I don't know how to explain my issues but I'll try; After just reloading the page, I can't click on ANYTHING. I have to wait about 3-4 seconds to click anything which can be very bothersome.
