Trying to install win xp

I am trying to install windows xp on my friends old computer i have installed it 10140112321x times in the past years never had problems, i'm using a thumbdrive to install it, and i got an error just like this picture i found on google : 

 

 

Only mine said pack 3 CD not 1 

 

How can i fix this ? If i tried to format again it blue screened before i can do anything so i am kind of stuck

it might be a pirated copy where the obvious file is missing

I always have issues when i install xp from a usb

dunno, i installed win Xp service pack 3 1 month ago on our media pc and its s'all good

Ok but still don't know what to do i tried the shift f10 cmd regedit.exe fix but it said program not found
