BF4 random mouse freezing

Hi, until recently i have been having this weird mouse freezing problem while playing bf4. Its not skipping any frames or anything like that, its like every couple of seconds my mouse is unresponsive for a moment. This is only the case with ANY of the battlefield games including Hardline. I've tried restarting my pc but it doesn't work.

What is type of surface is the mouse is on? (wood,plastic,etc.)

It's not your mouse, it's Battlefield 4, a horribly coded game in which the beta was better than the actual thing.

i suggest looking trough some of the settings in battlefield, trying a different mouse, and reinstalling the game if all else fails.
