The only cutting I had to do was the floor of the 5.25" bays to fit the 240 rad,

I would use the rear fan as an intake to maintain the positive air pressure inside the case. Get a Fan filter though

 

The build is looking really good. How did you secure the front rad?

I am still debating a 120 rad there but i think that might be a bit much.
