Why is TF2 crashing?

so i finally DL'ed TF2, i when i do the training mission thingy it does this...

it crashes..... It says on "older systems" -_-

TF2 is DirectX 9.0 my gpu is DX 11.0 so why is it doing this? when i was recording i was getting 120+ fps, so my pc can handle the game....

You are playing the game in windows media player. wat?

he probably recored before the crash.

 

when i was recording i was getting 120+ fps, so my pc can handle the game....
