Hi guys,

Where can I find reference card designs for the R9 290? All the reference cards are out of stock on Newegg and I don't want to buy of eBay due to the cards being used for mining. Do you guys know a place where I can get new reference cards around ~$400?

Thanks.

Amazon.

I've already checked out amazon. The sellers there have cheap prices, but are not sold by Amazon, but instead by a third party retailer like this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00GA3C662/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new

Since it's not sold directly by Amazon, can I still have a guarantee that the card is indeed new and not used for mining?

If it's listed as new, it's new. If it's not, you can contact Amazon support.

Amazon actually have a really solid guarantee for buying from the people that sell through them. It takes longer if you have a problem but you are pretty safe as long as you read the fine print on the page
