So i was messing around in my BIOS to figure out why it just crashed then the computer went into a infinite boot loop for a few minutes until i was able to get the bios to reset to default settings and I noticed a setting called "Performance Enhance" that I have seen before but never knew what it did since apparently descriptions are not a thing anymore. Anyways it starts off set to "Turbo" if you use optimized defaults (I know right it shoudl be set to standard) and there are 2 other options standard and extreme. Basically i tested a few of the settings on my current system config and tested them using HyperPi, my results are weird.

I used these exact same settings on each test...

If someone can explain to me what it does and why its slowing down my results that would be  great. I don't need to know but I would like to.
