Some reinstalling  a few times fixed

Hi guys,

 

I had SpeedOptimizer 2.0 working, but now when I click on it, nothing happens. It just turns gray and doesn't change anything. I've tried different BIOS settings but couldn't find the solution. I have an i5 13600KF, Gigabyte Z790 UD AX Rev1.0, and Intel XTU 7.14.2.71.
