Different countries have Different Specs

Hi i am hoping someone can help me. I was looking at getting a MSI Prestige Flip 14. The newest specs in the UK only go up to the Ultra 9 386H however when you check any shop they only sell it up to the Ultra 7 355 with a 60hz HD screen. However when I look at Taiwan where MSI is based you can buy up to the X9 388H with a 120hz OLED. To make it even weirder in the USA you can buy the same laptop in Taiwan except it can only be a Prestige Flip 16. Can someone help me understand why this is what it is and is there anyway i can get the higher grade specs that i need in the UK?
