KZ EDX MIC issues

I´m having a lot of problems with this mic and I don´t know how to configure it the correct way. First sometimes my voice is too low in discord and sometimes is too high without touching anything. Second I need to configure discord gain because what ever I watch in youtube people in discord will hear it by my mic, at this point I have no idea on how to set this up. In the images is my hole setting

I think you are moreso having a discord issue than a mic issue. I do believe discord can "change profile" or something when you are tabbed into different applications and that can make your mic sensitivity/volume inconsistent. If it were me, I'd start by exploring the discord settings and use a search engine to make sure that I haven't missed anything relevant to how discord functions. If you've already taken that route and/or it doesn't get you anywhere, let us know and we can go from there.
