Have not found a solution

So for a few years now every time I have an android phone and I use google to log into the phone every time after a month or no time at all Gmail starts having a problem with me or something and I don't get notifications anymore. 

And it is not like it's a notifications problem, for example I made sure all notifications were turned on and that this was the same for my 3 account, I have this includes my primary. I would get email notifications for my other accounts but not my primary. and this is even on my new phone I recently got for myself on jan 24 26. 

I need help to fix this because I have missed a few opportunities and I have found others with the same problem.

did you try bluemail? it's a diffrent mail app but it might fix the issue, iirc it's a fully free app without ads, or at least it was years ago  when i used it
