Hi everyone,

I'm having a hard time finding out why my guest network doesn't get internet.

I've created the interface in pfsense, assigned the correct ip for my guest vlan i've created.

I've then created the vlan in my ubiquiti controller.

When I connect to the network i'm able to get dhcp ip that's the correct vlan, but I get no internet access.

The interface is linked to my lan interface, i've disabled all firewall rules for this interface to make troubleshooting easier.

Any ideas what it could be ?

Thanks !

When I was first sorting this stuff out I found it much easier to just post images of my rules, usually someone would spot something rather quickly. It was almost always something dumb that I did, or overlooked.

Hi, here are my guest and wan rules

Do you have that VLAN routed to your WAN connection?

Are client devices getting the proper default gateway and DNS server IPs?

Here is the interface configuration, the parent interface is my LAN.

I've just connected now with my ipad for testing and i'm getting the correct ip,  subnet mask and router.
