Android 15 SMS Permissions Problem

I can't Enable SMS Permissions on Android 15 (Samsung Galaxy A26 5G and my POCO F6). I need it for Super Backup (SMS Backup). It works fine on mom's older Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro. Problem is Android 15.

Did you check under in the app settings? If it appears you can try to manually enable the SMS permission there.

 

You could also try SMS Backup & Restore which is a pretty popular option and I've used it. You can import texts as well as exporting to local, external or cloud storage. It saves as XML and is readable using their online viewer (I'm sure someone has came up with an offline one).
