GOXLR issues please help me.

So in a post before, I was having problems with my GOXLR cutting in and out on me. I disabled the ICUE software, and it works without any issues. What can I do to run them both together without any issues? I have the iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX LCD, a Commander Core XT, and the ICUE Link System Hub. On the Commander Core XT, I have all the ports maxed out. The only thing that is on the ICUE Link Hub is the AIO and 1 fan on it. I launched the app to write this, and I am listening to audio, and instantly it started cutting in and out. I keep doing it until I close the app. I don't know how to fix so I just close the app fully. The motherboard that I have is the Gigabyte B560 DS3H AC-Y1, and the BIOS is updated to the latest version.
