XFX 6800xt issues

My build is:

Ryzen 7700x,

Radeon 6800xt XFX,

32Gb 2x16 G skill low profile,

B650E-F wifi Mobo,

Enermax 850W revolution DF

 

Over the last couple of months I've been having issues in which I think the GPU is at fault. Random BSODs, small screen tears, no display when turning on. My motherboards Q-led indicates a VGA (GPU) issue. Over these couple of months I have reseated, updated drivers/bios, checked wires and nothing seems to solve the problem for more than 3 days.

 

Anyone can offer some advice? Is this a common issue with this brand of GPU?

I've had an XFX GPU a few years ago, never really had any problems with them. Try to use the GPU in a different system, see if the problem presists. If not, then we can start checking other parts. If you have another GPU lying around, try using that first, and if everything is fine, then likely the GPU is the problem.

Thing is I don't have any other PCs or GPUs available to me. One thing I did was boot my PC of the integrated graphics from my 7700x and it booted up fine. I already sent out a message to XFX

Perfect. Although I would love if you had any other GPU to test, but I guess that confirms it. Maybe try to RMA your GPU, see if they'll send you a replacement unit.
